Drop off and pick up time is very flexible. After you drop off your dog, you don't have to wait for half a day or all day. Grooming a dog only takes 2 hours. We love seeing a dog happy and returned to their owner. While dogs waiting to be picked up, they can either stay in the open play area or a doggy pen not a cage except for some cases. Our grooming area is fully open, so you can see everything aboutdog grooming.
